Job Summary:

As a Business Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with the day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning. You will coordinate meetings and projects with the team, manage various communication channels, and assist in preparing reports and documents to ensure the efficient operation of the company.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including document management, communication, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, meeting notices, and meeting records.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external activities and projects.
  • Aid in tasks related to project management, market research, and business analysis.
  • Handle communications and inquiries from clients and partners.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely information dissemination.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1 year or more of experience as a business assistant or in a related role.
  • Team player with problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and partners at different levels.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with business etiquette and document handling.
