As a coordinator, you’re highly skilled in processing customers’ and instructors’ queries. Not only are you the first person customers talk to, but you’re also the person who guides them throughout the registration and onboarding process. You perform other roles too, whether it’s maintaining the center cleanliness and tidiness or assisting team members. Job Scope:

  • Manage a branch and report to Operation Manager
  • Lead a team of Coordinators and Swim Coach
  • Arrange team work schedule
  • Attend to walk-in customer
  • Reply to messages & inquiries.
  • Maintain swimming center upkeep.
  • Maintain center cleanliness.
  • Teach parents how to sign up & register
  • Provide good customer service and increase vitality through continuous personal interaction
  • Do Branch Opening & Closing by shift.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate well in English (Able to speak other Malaysian Languages is an added bonus.)
  • Having experience leading & managing a small team is an added bonus.
  • A tidy and meticulous person
  • Caring, loving, and willing to work with children and toddlers.
  • Willing to work on weekends or shifts.
  • Strong communication skills & willingness to learn/integrate into the big family
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time
  • Willing to work at KSL Esplanade Klang.
