- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science) or equivalent.
- First experience (3-5 years exp.)
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Objective : 1. To troubleshoot for machine breakdown to ensure smooth production.
2. To develop, monitor and sustain inspection program detect -ability and efficiency to ensure quality of the product are fulfilled. Key Duties and Responsibilities : a) To assist engineer in developing and maintaining SPI, AOI & AXI processes and activities for new product introduction and sustaining product.b) Responsible for the SMT issues and internal/ external quality feedback. Troubleshoot root causes of the detection failure in SPI, AOI & AXI and attain the corrective action to the issues.
c) To coordinate and define all programs (SPI, AOI & AXI) for SMT manufacturing use per specification.
d) Attend to machine breakdown/minor technical problem with appropriate breakdown record and solutions.
e) Provide fast feedback and containment actions for SPI, AOI & AXI quality issues.
f) Servicing and housekeeping of machine. ( Ensure 5S practices)
g) To ensure yearly machine calibration.
h) To review and update preventive maintenance checklist from time to time; assist PM group to complete PM per schedule planned.
i) Maintain all necessary tools and spares part to use for machines.
j) Any other technical task to be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
