DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Purpose:
To process customer requests (either via a phone call or written request) and to meet customer’s expectations by providing market leading service and retaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
- Set and achieve high targets to maintain productivity, efficiency and quality standards.
- Meet customer requirements through processing a range of tasks encompassing the full product range.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of tasks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes and procedures to aid delivery of a first class service to our customers.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture and takes personal responsibility for resolving customers concerns.
- Work collaboratively across all Operational areas and demonstrate clear adherence to Customer Focus and Conduct
- Identify and take forward continuous improvement opportunities.
- Structure communication clearly and accurately to both internal and external customers.
- Identify opportunities to build customer relationships and build customer loyalty.
Business Accountabilities:
- Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems in customer services relate to the management of risk and compliance.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of customer service processes and systems to manager and colleagues
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant customer service Credit Exposure systems, products, processes and procedures to be able to provide outstanding service to customers/brokers/distributors/colleagues, referring the more complex professional queries to the right department/colleague.
- Operate within a straight forward customer focused routine or process, constantly monitoring the quality of outputs to ensure they fit business requirements, and acting as a technical point of escalation for more junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for great efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
