Responsibilities

·      Assist in all scopes related to Admin field and HR.

·      Assist to maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system, as well as retrieving data when necessary.

·     Assist in preparation on promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary Increment letter and other HR related letters

·      To work closely with branches / department person-in-charge and ensure smooth running of the operations.

·      To carry out general administration and office maintenance related tasks.

·      Ensure company equipment and facilities are well function and maintained.

·      Able to perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

·        Possess at least Diploma / Higher / equivalent.

·      Good in communication skills, personality, analytical and problem solving skills.

·        Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·        Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Kwang Tai Development Sdn Bhd is a property developer which currently based in Kuching only.  Our present project involves Central Town Phase 1, Central Town Phase 2, and Central View which are located at Muara Tuang, Kuching.  We currently having some ongoing projects with other joint venture as well, such as Central World at Pending, Central Villa and Central Siburan at Siburan town.

Kwang Tai Refrigerators & Electrical Sdn Bhd is well-known in stainless steel products and supplies customised products for commercial refrigerator, cold room, and refrigerant system according to customers’ requirements and requests for different industries.
