DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Responsible for a full set of accounts including daily data entry into the Accounting System for the GL team
- Execute data entry, update records and maintain proper filing.
- Verify supplier invoices before processing payment.
- Perform regular statements of reconciliation for customers, suppliers and inter-companies.
- Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for month-end closing and analysis of variance explanation.
- Assist in maintaining a proper filing system and documentation within the company.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary when necessary.
- To perform other assignments as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate possesses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for Account Assistant)
- Minimum 1-year of working experience in the Accounting field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, and fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills with an internal and external entity.
- WIlling to be multi-tasking.
