JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1、Completed department procurement tasks according to the monthly procurement plan
2、Negotiate with suppliers to ensure products meet desired quality, delivery time and cost.
3、Maintain and keep records of purchased products and delivery information updated
4、Participate in the selection of suppliers based on a criterion
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1、Bachelor degree or above;
2、Familiar with procurement workflow and have market research ability;
3、Familiar with relevant contract terms, able to draft commercial tenders documents and contracts
岗位职责
1、按月采购计划完成部门下达的采购任务；
2、与供应商协商以达到质量、交付和成本目标；
3、维护采购产品和交货信息的更新记录；
4、参与根据标准选择供应商。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉采购工作流程，具备市场调研能力；
3、熟悉相关合同条款，能够制作商务招标书以及合同书。
