DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Job Description:
- Attend to customers complaints and find solutions to all complaints.
- To ensure that all daily transportation and shipments are scheduled to customers’ needs.
- To coordinate with all related parties inclusive of customers ensuring shipments in order.
- To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.
- To control all petty cash for upfront payments and must be invoice to customers.
- To control of Levy and Toll for sub contractor’s truck.
- To help/assisting in arrangement of daily trucks to meet customers’ needs.
- To ensure that all documents are ready for trucks clearance at customs stations.
- To check/monitor that permits and forms are prepared accordingly to requirements.
- To ensure the timely of documents to meet import/export and to allow truck waiting.
- Create a good working environment among staff.
- Must able to undertake other scope like ISO, Safety and others.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa. Candidate who are able to speak in Mandarin will be given priority as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from China/Taiwan & Hong Kong.
- Strong customer service skills, highly motivated team-player.
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer and others applications.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- 5.5 working days before Probation; 5 Working Days after confirmation.

- Working Hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm
