Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining databases – reorganizing data in a readable format;
- Preparing reports for the Marketing Department using relevant data;
- Handle and respond to administrative enquiries from internal and external customers;
- Monitor the activities / actions of competitors;
- Maintain department calendar and provide updates on events;
- Making sure all expenses in concur are submitted on time;
- Keep promotional materials updated and ready for distribution;
- Assist / support any marketing event / activities;
- Attend to any ad hoc tasks as and when required by the company.
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
