We are looking for IT Manager with business sense in F&B Industry. IT Manager is responsible to build, maintain robust data and generate reports for multiple departments. He/She is also able to use market intelligence to aid in the business performance monitoring and business decision making.

We are looking for IT Manager with business sense in F&B Industry. IT Manager is responsible to build, maintain robust data and generate reports for multiple departments. He/She is also able to use market intelligence to aid in the business performance monitoring and business decision making.

Description

  • Act as project coordinator for SAP changes or upgrades.
  • Build customize report using Ms SQL Query and Crystal Report.
  • Act as first level support of SAP and WMS system
  • Register any unsolved issue into the ticketing portal system and work with vendors to follow up the issues.
  • Be the main contact for IT project and issues
  • Foster effective relationships with vendors and business partners to ensure smooth delivery of solution according to user requirements.
  • Perform periodic gap analysis on business processes and identify innovative solution to further improve the workflow.
  • Collaborate with various teams to rollout effective product/ services to expand data for building tactical and strategic insights.
  • Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find insight.

Profile

  • University Degree in IT, Management Information System, Business Information System or relevant major.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence management
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proven BI experience in Ms SQL (+++) and visualization tools such as Excel (++)
  • Good at Power Bi, SAP Business One, VB Script and crystal report.
  • Experienced working on Database Tuning and Maintenance in Ms SQL.
  • Have knowledge in MS 365, Virtual Machine environment (Hyper-V), Firewall (Fortinet) and windows server environment.
  • Understand the basic concept of disaster recovery solution such as Hyper-V clustering.
