Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
3. Preferably familiar with SAP system program.
4. At least 2 year (s) of working experience as a purchaser or similar role. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
5. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
6. Ideally candidate with a well understanding of supply chain procedures.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
Job specialization as follows:
1. Upon receipt of Purchase Requisition (stock & non-stock), verify and liaise with vendor to ensure the purchase is at the most competitive price.
2. Prepare Purchase Order, to verify specification of purchase orders by referring to negotiation with vendor on quotation and payment terms.
3. Input data into SAP system and manage complete documentation.
4. Follow up on delivery status and update respective parties.
5. Manage approved supplier list.
6. Maintain and upkeep ISO standards (i.e ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).
7. To assist and execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
