Job Responsibilities:-

  • Building and maintaining your client base.
  • Provide consulting services to customers on available financial services.
  • Responsible for introducing the company’s services to customers, explaining relevant loan procedures, and handling loan applications (bank proceeding, process of legal action) for qualified customers.
  • Responsible for solving problems that are related to customers’ accounts and communicating with customers on a regular basis to maintain a good relationship with them.
  • Responsible for expanding business scope and customizing financial services according to customer needs.
  • Knowledgeable in banking services and financial products, such as Personal Loan & SME Loan.

Job Requirements:-

  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field.
  • Winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work independently
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Candidate will act as a Loan/Mortgage advisor for this job position.
  • Basic understanding of sales operation & banking products.
