- Process payroll
- Oversee EPF/SOCSO/Income Tax matters etc.
- Administer normal medical benefits
Employees
- Handling employees’ disciplinary issues
Staffing & Recruitment
- Administer employees’ sourcing, selection, orientation, confirmation / extension, separation activities
- Maintenance of employees’ database
Training & Development
- Oversee certification training, recording and filing of training is done accordingly
General Administration & others
- Compile HR monthly report and other statistics requirement as needed
- Hotel booking
- Assist HR & Admin Executive to oversee day to day activities of HR & Admin Dept
- Other duties assign by the Section Head from time to time.
- To implement & fulfill EHS procedures such as use of PPE, understand the chemical biodata, label & safety data sheet,segregrate waste & report any incident happen immediately to your superior.
- To be accountable for consistent application of Quality & Environmental Management system effectiveness throughout the department.
- To ensures that all the staff with in the department complies with and support in the Quality, Safety & Health, Environment program, policies , procedures of Quality and Environmental Management system requirements.
