DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

Responsibility:

  1. Operate as the key Finance resource for local and global initiatives/projects impacting APAC Finance team. This includes, but is not limited to, APAC and Global Finance projects, initiatives and regulatory changes, and Business changes impacting Finance.  
  2. Partner with Controller APAC, Head of Finance, Enterprise IT team, COUPA & CONCUR team and BTG/FCM APAC; proactively drive the Finance change agenda.
  3. Works with stakeholders to ensure that the core deliverables achieve the desired result that enables value creation.
  4. Support Country Heads of Finance in achieving their goals pertaining to Business, Finance and regulatory change.
  5. Responsible for representing Finance, subject matter experts in global and local projects/initiatives across the APAC region.
  6. Responsible for project core deliverables includes, but is not limited to, business requirements, stakeholder analysis, functional, specification, testing approach, use/test cases, and change readiness planning.
  7. Provide financial information as required for stakeholders to make financial decisions on the Projects.
  8. Responsible for functional and integration testing, where required, including analysis and documentation of test results on new accounting systems setup. This includes, but is not limited to, Coupa, Concur, Epicor, and new GL/vendors setup.
  9. Actively plan, coordinate and/or participate various project/initiative working group meetings. Provide inputs including impact assessments, status tracking and effective follow-up on decisions or action items.
  10. Build and develop the new concur audit rules with Enterprise IT and Concur team based on Company policy requirements inclusive UAT testing. 

Requirement:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of related working experiences.
  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Regulatory reporting expertise
  • Intermediate to Advanced excel skills.
  • Deep understanding of Capital Markets, Wealth Management Business.
  • Extensive knowledge of Finance systems such as COUPA, CONCUR, Epicor; interactions and connectivity across the region and globally.
  • Business Analysis and change management experience.
  • Experience with managing and presenting information to senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of applicable reporting and accounting standards including IFR.
