DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan daily delivery and inform customer delivery details
  2. To verify all the customer orders, and delivery instruction orders received
  3. Issue delivery order to customer, then tracking, monitoring and update the daily delivery operations status and ensure DO is return back to office
  4. Preparing the stock document and arranges for transportation of purchased goods, repairs goods and transfer goods to customers
  5. Key in stock in and stock out
  6. Monitoring all inventory quantities, helping to maintain planned Inventory Stock levels and inventory tracking spreadsheet, and providing inventory valuation and silver mass balance to management
  7. Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization
  8. Possesses knowledge in warehouse procedure would be an added advantage
  9. Liase with Finance for customer invoices
  10. Job assigned by superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

  1. Holds a diploma / degree / equivalent with at 1-2 years of experience in a administrative function
  2. Logistic planning/Administrative experience will be an advantage
  3. Good working attitude, responsible, sense of urgency, multitasking
  4. Good team player and good communication skills
  5. Knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  6. Good communication and interaction skills
  7. Must be customer focused
  8. Good planning and organizing skills
  9. Good logistics skills
  10. Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
