Responsibilities

  • Work closely with BU HR team to ensure recruitment delivery and recruitment KPI
  • Manage the entire recruitment process using the ATS platform, including position administration, candidate interview and evaluation arrangements, salary offers, and metrics reports.
  • Understand and provide external talent market intelligence and collect valuable information through interviews or other channels
  • Manage successful relationships with stakeholders (candidates, line managers, HR BP, vendors etc.)
  • Any other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business/ HR or any related field
  • Min. 2 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office
