DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
Planning Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
2. Implement inventory control strategies to minimize carrying costs.
3. Work closely with production teams to align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts.
4. Optimize production plans to meet delivery deadlines and minimize lead times.
5. Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
6. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
8. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
9. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Purchasing Responsibilities:
1. To ensure smooth operation of Purchasing responsibilities
2. To ensure all the Purchase Requisitions & subsequent PO’s are issued and verified for accuracy
3. To check, negotiate pricing and verify stock position with External Providers
4. To follow up on the deliveries of all purchases ordered
5. To assist Managing Director in the selection of External Providers
6. To inform accounts to proceed for payment to External Providers
7. To ensure list of Approved External Providers is up to date
8. Proper record keeping
9. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management whenever necessary
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent negotiation and follow up skills
