DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in preparation of preliminary cost estimates and cost plans of the development project.
  • To handle contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc.
  • Regularly monitor on project quality and quantity in conformity with project specification and requirements.
  • To handle site visit and liaise with marketing & project team.
  • To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents, tender documents and budgets.
  • To ensure all the project cost are controlled effectively with contract sum and undertake cost analysis for project work.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Familiar with cost contract, BQ, Taking Off, Site Measurement / Valuation and Claims.
  • Computer literate and competent in MS software like Words, Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess initiative, discipline, strong motivation and able to meet deadline and to work under pressure.
  • Able to travel outstation.
