DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
1) Ensure that all data on costing are recorded with accuracy for analysis and reporting purposes. To liase with stakeholder and HQ office on any discrepancy cost reporting.
2) To oversees the tasks of receiving billing from supplier and sending invoices to HQ Finance for entry and payment purpose.
3) To be responsible for petty cash management, which is in-charge of maintaining financial records and preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets.
4) To attend and responsible for plant inventory movement such as production report extraction, raw material issuing, cycle count generation, stock count processes and stock reconciliation.
5) Understand and assist in the overall operations of cost structures and translate into action plans to drive cost optimisation.
6) To analyze & prepare weekly tracker on, production overhead (VOH), raw material & finished goods variance report and liaise with team on unusual trending.
7) To collate, analyse and compute all underlying costs such as raw materials purchases, inventory and labor.
8) Assist in reviewing of production overhead, analyse variances and highlight areas of concern.
9) Assist in preparation of annual production overhead budget for reporting.
10) Actively track, monitor and maintain all records of fixed assets.
11) To prepare monthly closing report (VOH, FOH), to have detailed analysis and report on MFO, electricity, OT, R&M trend (analysis by cost per mt, comparison to previous years/ budget/ target).
12) Responsible for Monthly Stock Take cut off, Stock Take report generation for HQ finance to prepare monthly report.
13) To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
