DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To supervise, monitor and coordinate daily construction works according to the contract, drawings and specifications.
  2. Coordinate with consultant and contractor to ensure smooth flow of works.
  3. Prepare and update daily report on the site progress, verify progress report and attending site meetings.
  4. Ensure all works executed are in compliance with the drawings, specification, procedure and schedule.
  5. Carry out periodic/random checking and test.
  6. To ensure that materials delivered conform to approved specification and quantities of material on site are consistent with site records.
  7. Liaise with contractor, consultant and etc and notify to Management if any discrepancy and non-compliance.
  8. Ensure safety at site and all statutory requirements at site is adhered to.
  9. Upon each stage completion, conduct a thorough checking and ensure all defects are rectified (up till defect liability period).
  10. Site progress to be updated and documented w/ site photos in TEAMS application, Superior and designated designer.
  11. Any other task as assigned by Management

SKILLS:

  1. Microsoft Office
  2. Autocad
  3. Microsoft Project

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum of 2 years in site supervision preferably with property developer and/or contractor required for this position.
  2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Architecture) or equivalent.
  3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering Architect/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.
  4. Fluent in written and oral communication for English, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia languages
  5. Working :6 days a week
  6. Must have good understanding building regulation, construction technique and project implementation process.
  7. Good time management and teamwork skill.
  8. Possess good interpersonal skills, meticulous and confident.
  9. Organized, disciplined, highly motivated, proactive and a team player.
  10. Experience in tender works will be an added advantages
  11. Posses own transport
