Requirement:

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • This training program is suitable for everyone who loves working with children.
  • No swimming or any teaching experience is required. Full syllabus training will be provided.
  • Being able to communicate well in English. Mandarin is added bonus.
  • Passionate about early childhood swimming
  • Committed and discipline
  • Good team player
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Able to work in Mont Kiara KL Branch or Iskandar Puteri JB Branch

Job scope:

  • Conduct swimming lessons for students according to the Happy Fish Swim School swim syllabus
  • Do appraisal of student progress in the Coach Portal periodically 
  • Periodic pool maintenance such as filter washing, water backwashing, and filter checking
  • Periodic water quality check and maintenance
  • Provide complimentary underwater photography & videography to milestone student
  • Assist in Ad Hoc matters for the Branch Supervisor.

Job Info:

  • 5 days work. 2 Days Offday
  • Basic + High teaching commission income
  • Leave and Medical benefit
  • Become a certified trainer after completing the training
  • Career progressing in advancing coach level
