DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in NPD or NPI project activities through E-run and P-run to generate work instruction.
  • Study process cycle time/line balancing and update Finance Department on process cycle time for NPD or NPI project costing.
  • Work with R&D to improve process design and resolve quality issues found during E-run and P-run activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and test methods in order to reduce process cycle time and improve production yield and quality as well as achieve company objectives.
  • Drive production cost reduction through time study, work study and work station re-layout, etc.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend short term and long-term solutions to Production on process related issues.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Production functions, include Process, Productivity, Yield, Delivery and Cost.
  • Manage and leave a group of Production resources (such as MI, Assembly, PP&C, Sub-con & ME).
  • Responsible for Production Planning and Control Section to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Responsible to minimize waste (scrap, cost of non-quality / conformance) and maintain 5S in all production areas.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering or any equivalent.
  • Good exposure in PCBA, LED Lightings assembly or manufacturing process are preferred.
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good in problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
