Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Able to speak in Mandarin is a MUST as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD, EXCEL, Microsoft Office, TIME MANAGEMENT
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive work schedule, resources, equipment and information of the project.
- Liaise with client to supervise and coordinate the project progress and handle any issue that arise such as changes or any additional work required.
- Coordinate with cross discpline team member
- Attend consultant , contractor meeting (CCM) to resolve site issue
- Liaise with Quantity Surveyor team regarding the changes or additional work on site to ensure they informed and make change to the cost and shop drawing
- To monitor the general worker or sub-contractor during fabrication and installation and resolve any discepancy/ delay works occurred.
- To prepare the progress claim for project work done
- To ensure the standard and requirement are met through conducting quality assurance tests requested by client.
- To prepare method statement as requested by client for steel structute installation (only when required).
