Front Counter and Specialist clinic administrative duties
- Clinic administrative duties (Greeting, registering of patients, answering of telephone calls and enquiries, booking and arranging of appointments, surgery related matters etc).
- Communicate with insurance companies and vendors on all matters
- General administrative duties such as filing, faxing, copying and mailing etc.
- Receive cash and check receipts, maintain ledger book and computer record of bank deposits.
- Maintenance of the clinic and ensure stock level is satisfactory.
- Arrange and book surgery procedure with hospitals
- Assisting in all day-to-day administrative duties.
Clinic and Surgical procedures
- Rendering patient care in an outpatient and/or day surgery setting.
- Assist in clinic and surgical procedures in an outpatient and day surgery setting.
- Booking of operating theatres, anesthetists, hospital accommodation, etc for inpatient or day surgery procedures.
- Follow up on patient’s review, patient’s postoperative recovery.
Senior Clinic assistant/Enrolled Nurse roles will be advised during interview with attractive salary.
