We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Merchandiser cum Promoter to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandiser cum Promoter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our marketing plan and enhancing customer engagement. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to our growth and be a part of our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
1) Ensure all product information and promotional details are displayed in accordance with our marketing plan.
2) Perform other duties as assigned by respective superiors, contributing to the smooth operations of the department.
3) Provide a monthly report on brands and competitor activities to keep the team informed and to identify opportunities for improvement.
4) Represent the company at trade events and other public engagements, showcasing our products and promoting brand awareness.
5) Respond to customer inquiries promptly, building strong relationships and fostering positive customer experiences.
6) Work towards increasing in-store sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
7) Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the freezer and surrounding areas, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
Requirements:
1) Fresh graduates who have a willing to learn attitude are welcome to apply
2) Possess good command and public relations skills and team player
3) Malaysian citizen only
4) No experience required.
5) Working Hours: Tuesday- Sunday
