DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong
- Develop relationships with clients to establish new contracts.
- Review and response to all incoming tender from clients and develop strong relationships with different departments within their company to ensure everyone is working toward accomplish the tender submission within the scheduled time.
- Use analytics to create action plans that are based off data and statistics, and interpret results against targets.
- Develop risk assessments and pricing structures for products to work toward commercial efforts. Financial planning and budgeting is an important aspect of this job.
- Responsible for overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met. If issues arise with contractors, commercial managers work with them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible so as not to affect the schedule.
- Monitor local and federal regulation to make sure stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations, and also determine when processes violate regulations. Assess risks and make recommendations based on analysis of all factors affecting a business situation.
- Day to day dotted line management of business development personal and account personal.
- Proposed price quotes and commercial proposals.
- Assist business development personal and sales administrator with client negotiations on contract and pricing terms
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s commercial documents such as contracts, quote sheets, proposal templates and annexes, and price lists and making recommendations for improvements
- Responsible for maintaining and analysing sales history and pipeline data, and ensuring that business development personal is providing realistic and accurate updates
- Keep track of industry trends and identify new areas for tender.
- Any other duties assigned by superior or Management.
Qualification Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working related to tender
- Proven Leadership and Management skills
- Ability to supervise and delegate
- Knowledge of sales processes
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail
