The Fundraising Director is a critical role that reports to the top management. Also, responsible for increasing revenue from different channels.

Our client is a global non-profit organisation that is passionate about working to encourage peace of flora and fauna. They have a presence covering globally and with networks all around the world.
Description
- Design and execute comprehensive fundraising that aligns with the organisation’s direction and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with external stakeholders and new stakeholders to ensure all interactions are professional and align with the organisation’s values.
- Collaborate with the Top Management to determine and drive new partnership relationships.
- Manage to develop new income sources from various channels.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Top Management.
- Guide and coach the internal staff.
Profile
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 15 years of work experience in any managerial roles in either corporate or NGO
- Demonstrate a strong track record of success in driving revenue and income source development.
- Strong leadership
- Exposure to digital platforms and private banking would be an added advantage
- Solid high-network and C-level connections will be an added advantage.
