- Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
- Proficient in English/Bahasa Malaysia, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and result oriented.
- At least 10 years of Project Management experience in Construction Industry specially M&E or ELV trade
- Possess own transportation and able to travel.
- Experience in Risks Management, managing project P&L and pools of Project Managers
- Knowledge in Malaysia Contractual Laws (JKR, PAM, etc) will be an added advantage.
