Job Description

  1. Responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.
  2. Monitor and ensure smooth daily operation at the stores assigned
  3. To drive sales generating activities to achieve sales target of the assigned stores
  4. To conduct industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement and marketing initiatives.
  5. Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs.
  6. Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
  7. To ensure the stock accuracy and to manage inventory level to optimize sales and maintain inventory integrity.
  8. To ensure the display, presentation and image of the stores and road shows are aligned with the Company guidelines.
  9. Lead the set up of new stores.

Requirement

  1. Willing to travel;
  2. Proven experience in multi-store management in retail environment
  3. Result oriented with proven track record;
  4. Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standard
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  6. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities
