Responsibilities:
- Maintaining computer networks and related computing environments including systems, applications, hardware, etc.
- Protecting data, software and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
- Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware and operating system software.
- Handling IT infrastructure, Office application and support.
- Able to handle end user workstations and applications support.
- Perform regular backup operations for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures.
- Prepare documentations, technical specifications and user guides for new implementations or upgrades IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science.
- 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possession of Microsoft MCSA, MCSE (Messaging) and CCNA certification is an advantage.
- Strong networking configuration and troubleshooting experience (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless set up and VPN).
- Experienced in Windows File Server Management, Folders Access Right Control and active directory policies settings.
- Effective communication and coordination
- Able to work as a team, highly disciplined and must have a good working
- 1 Position is available: Tanjung Malim (Perak)
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (Mandarin are compulsory to serve mandarin speaking vendors)
- Must have own transport.
