DESKRIPSI Jawatan Kosong

– Handle full set company accounts and daily accounting tasks

– Responsible for overall company accounting activities and accounting documentation verification which includes payment vouchers, billing, collection, bank reconciliation and etc.

– To lead and manage day to day accounts & admin operations. Ensure all tasks are completed on timely basis and comply to company SOP

– To provide accurate and timely financial information for management’s decisions making

– Prepare management accounts on monthly basis including fixed Assets (FA) listing, update General Ledger (Depreciation and accrual) and schedule for audit purpose after completed the bank reconciliation

– Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax consultants and authorities

– Follow up with auditors for audit report & tax agent for company taxation before the due date

Qualification / Requirements :

– LCCI or equivalent

– Possesses verbal , written and interpersonal communication skills

– Knowledge in using accounting software and Microsoft Office (words, excel)

– Able to communicate, read & write in 汉语拼音

– Matured, responsive, detail oriented，posses own transport
