About the role

PT Indomarco Adi Prima (Indofood Group) is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Office. This is a contract role based in Indonesia, offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.

Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates from accounting major who will be future leader (Office Manager) and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)

• Fresh Graduated or less 1 year experience from reputable university are welcome to apply

• Fast Learner, Ambitious, Proactive, Energetic, and Persistent.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English,

• WILLING TO BE LOCATED THROUGHOUT INDONESIA (Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali)
