Customer Service (Concierge and Doorman)

As Concierge & Doorman, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter our premises.

Greeting and welcoming all customers in a friendly and professional manner as well as handling complaints 

Providing concierge services such as informing customers on store promotions to encourage purchases, 

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of store locations, categories and items to provide necessary advice and recommendations

Acting as a point of reference for customers who require assistance or information
