Our company Since 1990-1991, Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk. has started its business with the building of the Plaza Indonesia complex which consists of Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center and Grand Hyatt Hotel Jakarta. The company has since then developed its business in high quality prestigious properties in premium locations by building The Plaza Office Tower and Keraton at The Plaza. The company has also developed its business through subsidiaries of PT Sarana Mitra Investama, which indirectly owns share in PT Plaza Lifestyle Prima, a company that owns and manages FX Sudirman, PT Plaza Indonesia Jababeka, and PT Plaza Indonesia Urban.
