FINANCE ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities :

• Input finance voucher and job costing form in Accurate Accouting Software on daily basis. 

• Controlling Inventory (stock opname) & analysis stock raw material, finish good for submit the purchasing schedule.

• Controlling data accurate to system and coordinate with peers for accuracy input all the transaction in accurate accounting software.

• Performing the full audit cycle including accounting, finance, job costing, risk management, and control management.

• Prepare and present reports that reflect all the activities in Accurate Program and complete the document process.

• Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowchart etc

• Identified control gaps, and opportunity for improvement.

 Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or Equivalent

• Strong knowledge in Accurate Accouting Software and Implementation to Accounting & Finance is mandatory.

• At least 1 years of working experiences as Accounting Staff / Internal Control / Audit Officer, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply with strong knowledge in Accurate Accouting Software.

• Accurate and having capability of analyzing data and internal control

• Posses high integrity, excellent communication skill, passionate, motivated, and result oriented.

• Willing to be placed at Tangerang, Banten Province
