Management Trainee (MT) Sales Operation

About the role

As a Management Trainee (MT) Sales Operation at PT Indomarco Adi Prima (Indofood Group), you will be joining a dynamic retail and consumer products organisation. This is a contract position placement in Indonesia, where you will play a crucial role in the sales operation function.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop a strong understanding of the company's sales operations and processes

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products to customers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Provide support in reporting, and performance tracking to help drive informed decision-making

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales tools, templates, and other resources

• Participate in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

• Assist in the training and development of sales team members

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Economics

• Familiarity with distribution and consumer products industry dynamics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

• Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
