Responsibilities:
Process and submit approval requests through the OA system
Input sales orders accurately into the Oracle system
Handle incoming stock, including unloading and checking goods from containers
Prepare and process stock-out for sales orders, samples, and online stock
Arrange and coordinate product deliveries to expedition partners (retail and hospital sales)
Assist with lifting and moving goods when containers arrive
Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding stock and delivery status
Handle returned products from customers due to damage or expiration (retail and hospital distributors)
Requirements:
Minimum D3
Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage
Familiar with basic system input (OA system, Oracle, or similar ERP)
Physically fit and able to lift and move goods when required
Good communication skills and able to work well with sales and internal teams
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
Willing to work as part of a team and follow company procedures
