Handle any complain or inquiry from customer
Can be a problem solver for customer
Handle all channel of Contact Center such as Inbound, Outbound, Whatsapp, Email etc
Qualification
Bachelor Degree / S1 from IT, Management, Communication, English, and any relevant major with GPA minimum 3,00
Wiling to shifting
Have experienced as contact center agent or working experience in provider industries is a plus
Have a basic english skills
High passion in internet and provider services
