Responding to customers’ inquiries and directly contributing to increasing revenue targets set as per the business plan.
Perform checks and management of communications to align with order requirements, shipping, and documentation in a timely manner.
1) Attend all customers’ inquiries and guide customers through the customer journey to close deals.
2) Issue quotations, follow up with customers for design confirmation and payment, and update Google Sheets to ensure the production tracker is up-to-date and reliable.
3) Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the company’s sales/marketing activities.
2) 1-2 years of experience in sales and admin support functions is an advantage.
3) A computer savvy and opened to learn how to use other software that would help ease the work.
4) Able to work overtime whenever necessary.

Salary: From RM2,000.00 per month

AF Retak Global (also known as Retak Apparel on social media platforms) is a sole proprietorship that sells customized sublimation jerseys based on customers’ creative requests. It offers a wide range of materials to match customers’ budgets and hundreds of ready-made designs for customers to choose from. More than 50% of its customers are university students, high school students, and teachers due to its affordable pricing. Retak is also known for its reliability as reflected by more than 400 positive feedbacks received and highlighted on its Instagram.
Retak was first founded by Faris Fauziey, who was just a sales agent during his university years before Afiqah Shafiqah came into the picture and revamped the business to a whole new level. After a successful 6 months running Retak Apparel together as a side hustle, they finally decided it was time to grow bigger and more serious.
Retak Apparel was then re-registered and opened its first office in Jalan Tun Razak, KL. They started to hire new talents to help drive the business together and are opening one-by-one positions to be filled. Retak as a brand focuses on investing in people. Faris & Afiqah believe getting the best on the team and providing the best setups for them to strive will help Retak to reach its goal by 2025.
