Helpful seniors and comfortable working environment. I was taught a lot of things about social media management and content planning. I get to experience event organizing first-hand and participate in many other occasions which helped me grow professionally.
Some days you are piled up with work and some days are breezy. You never really know when the workload is coming and it's not really predictable. But it's nothing stressful and it happens in any company.
