transcosmos memiliki lingkungan kerja yang supportive, teman-teman yang sangat membantu saya untuk berkembang dan juga banyak program aktifitas yang bisa saya nikmati seperti program Work Life Balance, Corporate Rotate Program dan lainnya.
Karena banyak project, adaptasi di awal kadang cukup menantang. Komunikasi dan info soal pengembangan karier masih bisa ditingkatkan. Ke depannya, ini bakal bikin pengalaman kerja jadi lebih nyaman.

The colleagues are good and very friendly. Some staff like my team leader is doing his job well. The non-office staff like the Cleaners are very nice and great people to talk to. The salary for Jogja is pretty nice.
Management either Ops/HR (People Culture) is terrible. They don't know what they doing and even dare to blame the agents. Near EoC, they promise to give full salary along with other benefits when actually they won't! They explain this when all of the agents are already kicked out. Information relay is very slow like slower than a snail. I ask one of the employee that used to work in their Semarang site but turns out they didn't have any issue like this. Maybe it's just the YK site. Poorly managed and not professional at all.

The good thing is that the challenge of the work at this company is easy but monotonous. The company really appreciates your certificate of training, and the company gives you training and skill tests every six months (it was fun!). When you pass the test, you will be rewarded with a higher salary.
The rules of work are confusing and weird, and the leader-up is very toxic. Basically, your work in this company depends on the workload of the customers. When you achieve or finish the work before the deadline, the leader does not like it. It was weird, right? You accomplished it before the deadline, but the leader-up did not like it. It's *before* not *late* from the deadlines. You need to make zero mistakes in this company. I mean, what? Even robots make mistakes. When you miss one point, you will be badly judged by the leader. The last one is that many works are missing calculations on workload. The work needs to be done in 2 hours, but in real time, it needs more than 4 hours. When we offer *free overtime* permission, the company rejects the permission. The leaders are blindfolded about this, and in the end, they judge us badly again.

Termasuk BPO dengan salah satu uang shifting terbesar, target kerja relatif lebih ringan dibandingkan BPO lainnya.
Kesejahteraan sangat bergantung pada uang shifting karena kemungkinan pengembangan karir yang rendah, manajemen project saya lebih memprioritaskan rekrutmen eksternal ketimbang mempromosikan internal. Keleluasaan bagi WFM untuk mengejar KPI-nya dibanding di BPO lain yang sangat merugikan agent.

Memiliki banyak rekan kerja. Mendapatkan banyak pengetahuan dan mengasah kemampuan berbahasa asing. Terbiasa dalam menerima tantangan baru dan belajar pengetahuan yang baru.
Harus selalu mengikuti perubahan yang dilakukan oleh manajemen dan siap ditempatkan di line of bussines manapun yang diperlukan.

ketentuan ijin sakit yang harus pada hari itu juga dan sanksi dari pelanggaran yang sederhana sangat tidak masuk akal dan HRD yang tidak memilki empati. achievement that you had earned during work in this company did not worth any position in case you want a rise. just think twice and asked about the detail of their company policy when you had an interview. If they did not give out the detail then you should take it seriously. Moreover, they only value the client's inclination more than employee welfare.
