Owners and most of all employes are humble, balance working hours.
Job description not clear, not really discipline with existing regulations, kind of "all you can work" , low salary compared to equivalent positions in other companies.

The environment and working place are so enjoyable yet challenging. There are a lot of occasion for year end celebration.
our Boss are so demanding but down to earth at the same time.

It does gives you plenty of room to learn and gain new skills, as the management and teams are always working together closely. So it is a great opportunity for you to gain experience directly from the owner and manager of the company. I would say that most of the worker here are pretty chill and you should be able to get along with everyone as they're quite welcoming.
few challenges to note : - there are few workers that tend to not do their jobs properly so you might need to help pick up after them in order to get things done - some of the sales team is hard to cooperate with - low to average salary, not much facilities given to the employee as compared to big company. - not a good place to stay long term especially if you're still young.

The working environment was so comfortable where everyone respect everybody. Not really having senior-junior situation, more like a big family. In my department, we experienced and learned a lot together as a brand new team. The manager was so kind and appreciated everyone and their works. The team members get along so well professionally and personally. Really nice place to start your career.
There are always challenging things and you need to work in fast-pace environment and tight deadlines. The work-load was pretty big, you always have so much on your to do list everyday, but the salary was not so worth it.

To whom productivity is a must, this company will really fit to you. This company gave me many experiences, not only as a consultant but I also did many things which provided me many new skills such as marketing, administration, psychology and public speaking. Moreover, this company also paid my effort fairly. In short, working here was my best experience ever and I thank to this company to give me chance.
As mostly fresh graduate, I felt many difficulties finishing my tasks since I should know many universities abroad that suit to students needs. this difficulties was a time matter. As the time goes by, I have accustom to explain some universities to the client.

nice office. owners will always be there to guide you whenever you have problems and questions. my manager/ leader at Admissions Dept. is also helpful.
low paid. big target.

Mendapat banyak ilmu baru. Senior yang cukup sabar dalam membimbing.
Bekerja sendiri. Target yang tinggi tanpa adanya support yang memadai. Tidak ada tunjangan apapun untuk karyawan.

You have to fit in any division on this company in Jakarta area than to the all branches in outside Jakarta area.

It was good experience for first job experience. Getting all new knowledge related to international education and immigration. Also, getting the experiences in handling people from different background and ages. The colleagues and environment were also welcoming and friendly.
Not much challenges, the challenge is more on target achievement, just like what any other sales u0026 marketing division experiences.
