I am grateful for the opportunity to work at Qinfa. As a large company that continues to grow rapidly, it provides employees with competitive benefits (早餐 和 午餐， private insurance） and valuable career development opportunities. I also appreciate the positive working environment and the healthy work-life balance (we got cuti bersama), which allow me to perform effectively while maintaining personal well-being.👎 Kekurangan:
Due to the multicultural management environment, employees need to adapt to different working styles and communication methods. Language barriers may occasionally create challenges. This company really brings everyone to the next level of skills and career, the environment really helpful to develop mandarin skill.

the challenges here is have to keep updated and growth skills especially in mandarin the worst place to stay and work, everything is corrupted, especially the Chinese workers

Lambat nya pengadaan barang yang harus di datangkan dari kantor pusat Jakarta, ke site Kalimantan Selatan GOOD COMPANY IN TERMS OF SALARY AND FACILTY BUT NOT GOOD ON THE MANAGEMENT

THE FACILITY LIKE GOT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH, THE SALARY IS QUITE HIGH THE CO-WORKER IS GOOD ALSO, Office is nice, enviroment is good also, the foreign is also good, everyone can coordinate easily👎 Kekurangan:
Suka cut off sesuka hati dan tidak ada one month notice seharusnya perusahan memberikan info cut off di satu bulan sebelum nya bukan mendadak karena jika mendadak karyawan yang di cut off tentu tidak ada persiapan sama sekali dan cari kerja itu susah jadi jika ada info dari sebulan sebelum nya karyawan bisa persiapan terlebih dahulu
