If you want a "name" on your career, this can be a choice for you just to give you an experience and stepping stone. But if you want a real educational environment, this is not the one. This is a pure business, not educational institution with no clear value.
👍 Kelebihan:
Long holiday, competitive salary for the entry level👎 Kekurangan:
Bad management, money oriented leader, toxic principal, high turn over, 100% parents oriented, no salary raise for more than 2 years, the school is struggle in budgeting. Multicultural environment and nice coworkers

Good environment, nice coworkers and good benefit👎 Kekurangan:
The management is always long and take times to take the decision Good to learn how to be flexible and depend om yourself
👍 Kelebihan:
Salary bit more than expectation. Day off bit more than usually officer staff. Easy to get our annual day offs. Lot of manpower in team, as long as we're close with upline, will be easier to let people move to help us.👎 Kekurangan:
No strong vision and mission and guidline from mnagement. Unhealthy working environtment (ghibah all the time especially in marketing and finance and HR department). Finance matters that company has face nowadays. Working load i too much. Wawasan dan pengetahuan yang didapat

Saya memperoleh banyak wawasan dan pengetahuan untuk banyak mata pelajaran yang ada di sekolah ini.👎 Kekurangan:
Tidak ada kesulitan Great Work-Life Balance
👍 Kelebihan:
As a teacher, I'd get day off during school holidays, which equals to at least 6 weeks of vacation time per year. On top of that, I'd also get another 2 days of annual paid leave which I can take whenever I want. They provide free lunch, health insurance, THR, and annual gala dinner to celebrate the end of the academic year. The management in my division as well as my department is also quite supportive. I really enjoy working here!👎 Kekurangan:
As a teacher, in my opinion the biggest challenge would be facing the parents – because frankly speaking, the tuition fee of this school is very high so it's to be expected that parents would expect nothing but the best for their children, which I completely understand. Sistem Kontrak Kerja

Interaksi dengan para guru dan siswa membuat kita senang dan banyak belajar menggunakan bahasa inggris.👎 Kekurangan:
Perjalanan luar biasa dengan murid dan guru sangat menyenangkan tetapi kadang cukup berat jika fisik tidak mendukung. 5 tahun yang menyenangkan

lingkungan dan orang-orang yang bekerja di SNA sangat supportive, selalu mendukung dan menjawab serta membantu appaun kesulitan saya disini. jam kerja juga wajar dan normal, dimana tidak mengharuskan kami untuk lembur atau bekerja overtime.👎 Kekurangan:
yang sulit, jajaran manajer yang kurang memberi arahan secara langsung dan sistem kerja sama yang kurang terjalin dengan baik. terkadang permintaan manajer yang terlalu berbelit-belit sehingga terkesan tidak mempercayai para staf nya.
