Uncertain management directions and policies

Pros: - Great communication, probably due to the age range of the employees (mostly around early 20s-30s). - The leaders of each department are friendly, cooperative and willing to help you whenever needed. - Provides well-known insurance, BPJS, maternity leave, monthly Internet reimbursement, but that's that (no glasses reimbursement, no meal reimbursement unless you're on OT, etc.). - Fun yearly gathering. - Respects employee's weekend, leave, and off day (at least on my department). If someone contact you and don't know that you're on leave, you just told them who's on duty and responsible for your daily job then they won't bother you.
Cons: - Contrary to popular reviews, on certain department the salary increment is quite low. Rarely get incentive (compared to other department). - Shifting procedure on Operation team at least 1x/week. - Salary distribution is in the 5th of the month in ID.
