There's always a spot for fresh graduates to learn at Rise. The overall staff and leaders are usually friendly, encouraging, and helpful. For teachers, you'll usually get the tools needed to teach comfortably. Salary wise, it is not too shabby. Though, compared to the amount of work you're going to do, it's not enough.
Working hours is pretty much legal but then they'll set up events that'll take quite a significant amount of your time. Despite it being an after school program (informal), teachers prepare a bunch of stuff just like at formal school. Tons of admin works that will use up the time supposedly allocated to teaching prep hours. You can only take breaks following the academic calendar. Just imagine working for a school with the high demand of quality of an after school program.

Gajinya pas sesuai beban. Tim yang saling membantu. Rekan yang ramah2. Visi misi yang baik. Santai nyaman bikin betah diposisi tertentu.
Kurang diawasi berakibat indisipliner dan prosedur tak jalan. Bahkan ada yang terbiasa pulang sebelum jamnya.

Temen kerja nya asik , belajar banyak dari divisi lain,
Tidak hanya mengajar tapi harus berbagi ide untuk lesson plan dan banyak event. Bekerja di sini harus bisa segala bidang tidak hanya mengajar tapi harus berbagi ide untuk pengembangan RISE , kalau terlihat pintar dan cekatan akan dapat pekerjaan melebihi jobdesknya, perubahan lesson plan setiap mingu nya, mengajar kelas ,trial class, demo class dan harus juga membantu marketingnya untuk bicara dengan parentsnya. Mengajar anak 2 tahun yg belum lancar berbicara sudah secara akademik seperti TK. Tempat les yang persis seperti sekolah.

We can learn a lot. If we have difficulties, the support is always there for us. I don't feel like I'm alone in this company. I love my colleagues. All of them are great colleagues. The students are awesome too!
Thinking out of the box is definitely a challenge.

Rise is a good place to gain new and interesting experiences. The environment and the colleagues are helping us to grow better, on professional and individual matters.
Rise needs to do something new and different for branding part. Rise is a good place to learn English but it is still brand new so people don't know about it yet.

RISE is a perfect place to learn about so many things in your career. You really need to be flexible in learning and improving in RISE. The management is very open towards critics and changes. You need to be ready to keep improving when you are here. RISE provides a good work condition and positive environment for working creatively.
Some of the changes might happen really fast and you really need to adjust yourself towards the change, which could be hard for some people.

I enjoy working at RISE. In this company, I learn a lot, more than just a responsibility of being a teacher. RISE is a very dynamic company, as it keeps improving. In RISE, we are also expected to grow and develop our skills in facing the challenges we have. I like the environment RISE has provided as a work place. The workplace is very positive. I can say it is a great place to learn.
There are a lot of changes in RISE, and the people must be ready for it, which is actually not bad. We are always expected to be able to change and adjust ourselves to the new pace. Rather than difficulty, I would say it is a challenge I need to work on.

Suasana kerja sangat kekeluargaan, kondusif, mendukung untuk kita bisa berkembang. Kita didukung utk mengemukakan ide pendapat gagasan. Tempat utk kita bekerja yg dinamis sekaligus tempat utk kita dpt belajar metode pengajaran terbaik utk anak anak usia 2-13th.
Banyak hal baru yg dapat dipelajari, kita juga harus menjalin komunikasi dengan para guru dan staffs Dari beberapa centers lainnya untuk memastikan metode pengajaran serta kualitas pendidikan seragam serta berstandard tinggi

Saya banyak belajar ilmu bermanfaat selama bekerja di RISE, seperti cara mengatur timeline agar dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan baik dan tepat waktu. Selain itu, dengan mengajar anak-anak usia dini dapat menambah wawasan kita untuk menjadi lebih wise dalam menghadapi berbagai karakter dan kepribadian setiap individu dan RISE jg memiliki metode pembelajaran yang interaktif.
Tidak ada kesulitan selama bekerja di RISE, karena RISE memiliki metode komunikasi yang baik. Bimbingan dan diskusi yang terbuka sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian masalah.

Work balance. Friendly environment. Fun marketing team. Freedom to express ideas. Ability to implement ideas. No politics.

I have learned a lot of new things in RISE. The place is still growing therefore there are a lot of new things to explore and to learn. It is a fun working environment. Colleagues are helpful and the teamwork is excellent. So if you’re looking for exciting challenges and gain new knowledge about education, this is the place to be.
It is a growing institution so tweaks are still being made here and there. Even so, each person is given an opportunity as an agent of change to make the process better.
