Learn many things as fresh graduate.
Working environment, like a robot cause you not allowed to socialize with fellow friends during work hours, and always overtime but tomorrow must come on time. certainly makes trauma to find the next place of work.

I got a lot of knowledge during worked in there. Even it's so hard to blend with the circumstances but the big boss and all of the senior and employee always be generous to share their knowledge to me.
First, the owner is the director of my team. He was really firm and hard to understand. He is a perfectionist person, so we have to know well what kind of reports he wants. Second think is, we provice custom ERP system. SO we met with varied type of customers. sometimes it's not easy to handle some customers in a time.

many experience you'll got as a fresh graduate student, you can learn lots here. good senior and good co-workers. the environment is good. there are some few event in a year like 'buka bersama', Christmas Party, Anniversary, etc.
able to work under pressure. both from client or internal management. must have good time management skill.

Hal baik yang saya dapatkan di sini, saya mendapatkan pembelajaran baru mengenai sistem aplikasi, bagaimana menangani client, bagaimana menangani suatu masalah yang ditimbulan karena error yang terjadi pada sistem, meningkatkan daya analisa saya dimana kemampuan menaganalisa kita harus kuat untuk dapat melakukan pengecekkan pada sistem
Tentunya dengan memiliki pengalaman baru dan mendapatkan ilmu baru yang belum pernah saya pelajari sebelumnya di perkuliahan saya, saya harus lebih berusaha keras untuk mempelajari suatu sistem, database, sql dan lain sebagainya. Saya harus beradaptasi dengan pekerjaan yang sangat teknis dan belajar mempertajam analisa saya terhadap error yang terjadi di sistem.
