👍 Kelebihan:

Good pay and working environment (WFH)

👎 Kekurangan:

restructure organization every quarter, hence changes everytime in jobscope, not a clear path career development for those that have been mature working for more than 7 years.

Young company with good spirit and very good mental health support system

👍 Kelebihan:

They give subscriptions to Netflix, many employee engagement events, and free lunch and dinner.

👎 Kekurangan:

The systems are not established yet. You need to have good expertise to help them to build their system.
