At first I was quite thrilled in realizing how it is to work as an HR in a place where everybody is technically recruiters themselves who are very familiar with how an HR person works. However, my colleagues are friendly and supportive people who gives constructive criticism I think is necessary in my growth! Easily one of the best working environment in my years of career.
The challenges are more about the variety of workload and how to engage everyone in our program with a lot of people working remotely.
