The staffs were easy to work with, I kind of enjoy working here actually but there are even more things to consider if you want to stay in here for a long time.
First, perusahaan ini tidak menerima karyawan tetap, so basically, they can cut you off anytime they want without any compensation. Second, the management was bad, mereka tidak terlalu perduli kepada perkembangan karyawan dan efek dari karyawan tersebut terhadap jalannya perusahaan, tetapi cenderung ingin yang instan dan langsung sempurna. Third, sangat sulit untuk berkembang di perusahaan ini karena sangat kecilnya kesempatan yang terbuka.

I worked in IShine Preschool, this school is under the same management with ISmile. The management is SO AWFUL. They didn't give u chance to grow, they always underestimate newbie.
